Daniel
Schneider is admitted to the
New York and Georgia bars and is a partner in the New York City law
firm of Schneider,
Pfahl, and Rahme, L.L.P. He has been practicing commercial
and entertainment law in Manhattan for more than 18 years. A graduate
of Vassar College (AB, 1979, Evans Fellow in Law) and Emory Law School
(JD, 1982), Dan received his training in mediation at the EEOC mediation
program at Cornell University/School of Industrial and Labor Relations,
and has been a contract mediator and pro bono mediator for the EEOC.
Dan received additional ADR and transformative mediation training at
Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts MediateArt program. He is a member of
the American Bar Association, Section of Dispute Resolution and the
New York State Dispute Resolution Association (Ethics and Standards
Committee). Dan has mediated and convened hundreds of cases in many
areas of law, including new media and the entertainment industries.
