PJ Lorenz, With more than 10 years of experience working in community development, as well as experience working with adults with disabilities, and not for profit ( non-governmental ) social work, PJ draws on her real life experience in crafting win-win-win solutions to tough problems. The parent of a 21 year-old son in college, PJ is a master negotiator and a wonderful mediator. She has done mediator training at Ulster-Sullivan Mediation and has co-mediated several cases with Dan Schneider and with Woodstock Mediation.

PJ is committed to assisting all parties in finding solutions which will not necessarily make everyone happy, but will take into consideration the needs of all sides, and will resolve the issues at hand, to the degree that they will be able to move on.
