Henry
W. (Hank) Kimmel is a licensed attorney and registered mediator
who is based in the Southeast. A graduate of Emory School of Law (J.D.),
Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism (M.S., Journalism)
and Brown University (B.A., Health & Society), Hank has been active
in the community as an attorney, mediator and playwright. He is the
former Executive Director and staff attorney for Georgia Lawyers for
the Arts, a nonprofit dedicated to helping artists and arts organizations
with their legal needs. He also mediates disputes for the Fulton County
Magistrate Court and 9th Judicial District in Georiga. He is a founding
member of Working Title Playwrights and an award-winning playwright.
As an attorney and mediator, Hank has helped settle a range of real
estate, entertainment law, nonprofit, intellectual property, labor/employment,
contract and divorce disputes. He is also involved in the community
as a tennis instructor, soccer coach, and PTA Vice President.
