Gilda P. Riccardi, a former Manhattan Assistant District Attorney, civil litigation attorney at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and administrative law judge for the Environmental Control Board, has been practicing law and civil litigation for the past 12 years. A former Nurse Administrator, and honors graduate of SUNY New Paltz (Health Care Management, 1982), she received her Juris Doctor in 1988 from New York Law School. She completed her training in mediation at the EEOC mediation program at Cornell University/School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and is a contract mediator for the EEOC.
