Through my involvement on the Onteora School Board of Education, I am interested in and committed to:
  • Creating an atmosphere the encourages all students to be successful academically and socially
  • Supporting staff enthusiasm and creativity while recognizing the needs and concerns of the community.
Concerns and Ideas
  • Bad decisions are expensive in Dollars and Resources.
  • Students are accountable. Parents are responsible.
  • Academic Intervention without Counseling and Parenting workshops is not enough to motivate many of our students.
  • Mentoring is the best strategy to motivate High School students and it's FREE.
