Vision Statement
|
| Through my involvement on the Onteora
School Board of Education, I am interested in and committed to: |
- Creating an atmosphere the encourages all
students to be successful academically and socially
- Supporting staff enthusiasm and creativity
while recognizing the needs and concerns of the community.
|
Concerns and Ideas
|
- Bad decisions are expensive in Dollars and
Resources.
- Students are accountable. Parents are responsible.
- Academic Intervention without Counseling
and Parenting workshops is not enough to motivate many of our
students.
- Mentoring is the best strategy to motivate
High School students and it's FREE.
