Our fees for mediation services are as follows:

1. Initial Consultation: $500
2. Convening/ Administrative Fee: $1000 ($500 will be applied to the mediation fee if the parties come to the table or refunded if the other party refuses to mediate)
3. Mediation Fee (per Mediator)
    a. Principals
        Per their listed rates (available upon request) 
    b. Of Counsel Specialists and Subject Matter Experts:
        Per their listed rates (available upon request)
4. Rescheduling or Cancellation Fees: Woodstock Mediation reserves the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee equal to the mediator's per diem fee to any party who fails to cancel a mediation at least 48 hours in advance, in writing.

All fees are plus out of pocket expenses, including travel costs and venue rental fees, if any.
