A Panel Discussion on "What is Mediation? What is ADR?"
On May 7, 2000, in celebration of NYS "Alternative Dispute Resolution
Week", (May 1-7, 2000),
Woodstock Mediation in association
with
Ulster-Sullivan Mediation, presented a panel of Mediation
and ADR experts to discuss the basics of conflict and conflict resolution,
and the various models of prevention and resolution. A simulated role-play
illustrating the various ADR processes and restorative justice mediation
and conferencing was presented as part of the program.
